Let's face it - we as humans are persuaded by the packaging. That really is what marketing is mostly about - how to improve the packaging of something. It's hardly ever about the product anymore as most things have already been invented and now are just a version of each other. So, with that in mind, don't let the fitness models trick you into buying a health and wellness product!

We've all seen it - the commercial for the home gym with the hot fitness models all sweaty and greased up to show all of their perfectly defined muscles. It makes you want to buy the thing because you associate those people and their results (which, believe me, took a very, very long time and certainly not with a home gym to achieve) with the home gym. The home gym is still a gym, but because the fitness models are working on it, it somehow makes it "better."

So don't buy into the hype! Remember - be aware of the product itself independent of the packaging. What are you really getting? Will you have the motivation to get to where you want? Think about it.
